Josh, coming off a WIN on TUF, is wise to not comment on Ortiz’s recent arrest, but he does take issue with something Tito said in the most recent episode.

Josh Bryant Interview Part 4 (Click me for audio!)

Fight Trader has really enjoyed our conversations with Josh Byrant, and we hope you have too. However, the level of excitement we have for him coming off a win in the house of Season 11 of The Ultimate Fighter is incredible – and he is very enthused, and rightfully so!

First off, Josh talks about how hard it is to know what happens on the show, especially when it comes to his own successes, and be contractually obligated not to tell anyone, even his close friends and family, what is going to happen. Even at his weekly viewing parties at Twin Peaks in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he was not able to tell all his fans crowded around their local boy what was and is to come.

We then talked about how contestants on the show, even one on his own team, doubted his chances of winning just because he is so nice and easy-going, and how it felt to prove that nice guys can whip some ass once that cage locks!

We then break down the fight round-by-round, and Josh lets us in on what his strategy was and what his thoughts were minute-to-minute of his thrilling fight.

Mr. Bryant then keys us in on how weird it is to have breakfast with the guy you’ll be fighting later that day, and even sitting alone, mostly naked, in a sauna to cut weight with that very man. That’s a whole new level of awkward . . . .

Matthew then asks Josh to comment on Tito Ortiz’s domestic violence arrest in his alleged attack on Jenna Jameson, and Josh is wise to stay mostly clear of that topic. However, he does say how it’s unfair of Tito to say that Chuck has a magic rabbit’s foot up his ass, or something, and that’s how he got another win from his team this week. It couldn’t have anything to do with Josh fighting a terrific fight. Nope. Must be the rabbit’s foot wedged up Chuck’s anus. Even if that were good luck, would it be worth it?

Lastly, Josh reminds us to come train with him at Extreme Gym in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and to come out every Wednesday at Twin Peaks, also in Tulsa, to join Josh and his friends for the weekly viewing parties of Ultimate Fighter Season 11!

PS: If you hear some wind (Josh was leaving the gym), just sit tight. It only lasts a few seconds.

PPS: The music in the background this week is Deftones new record, Diamond Eyes, used entirely without any permission whatsoever.
