The Ultimate Fighter 10 Episode 11
December 5, 2009 by Matthew J. Swanson
Highlights from this week’s two-hour episode of The Ultimate Fighter include:
Rashad and Rampage got in each other’s faces again, both times with Rashad being the aggressor. It would be great for Rampage to come out of “retirement” and beat the crap out of this guy.
McSweeney continued to harass Zak, this time writing something anti-gay on his head, and then locking him inside the bathroom. Other houseguests commented that Zak needs to stick up for himself, and after the bathroom thing he finally did, coming out kicking. McSweeney has a real bully persona, and you get the feeling a few of these guys were asshole bullies growing up, which is no surprise given the way they make their livings.
As for the fights, the British kick boxer McSweeney beat the always-annoying Matt Mitrione, with Matt tapping out without even trying to get out of the neck hold.
Marcus smothered the hell out of Darill with pure muscle power, just man-handling him the entire time.
Then . . . Brendan somehow got out of the powerful Marcus’ full mount, which should never happen, and then Brendan stood up, caught him with a great punch, got on top of him and punched his lights out.
The really fat Roy Nelson then beat McSweeney with the same maneuver he used to beat Kimbo Slice. McSweeney got overconfident after landing some shots, smirking and taunting, so it’s good that he got walloped in the nose a few dozen times by the fat man, making him bleed, especially after all that childish bullying.
So, that leaves us with Roy Nelson and Brendan Schaub in the final Saturday night on Spike, along with Kimbo squaring off against the equally hard punching with equally crappy wrestling skills, Houston Alexander.
What do you think, folks? Can Roy “Big Country” Nelson beat the hard hitting, in much better shape, Brendan Schaub? Can Kimbo pull it out, or will Houston just do some tree chopping on that injured leg of Kimobo? Let us know what you think . . .

Good article! I’m cheering for the fat guy. He is the every-man. He is what most MMA fans probably look like, since most Americans are fat. Go, Big Country!
